Instructors

Based on the understanding that consistency is a key element to the achievment and recognition of continuous progression in one’s yoga practice, Om on Fire! Yoga is committed to providing a thoughtfully designed hatha yoga series promoting skeletal realignmemt, stimulation and detoxification of the body’s internal systems, strengthening of the spine, relief and/or recovery from disease and past injury, and overall wellness. Classes are conducted in a heated room to allow for greater flexibility with significantly minimized risk of injury, as well as increased blood flow and cell oxygenation. Additionally, Quality instruction is delivered by experience driven teachers who are capable of showing compassion and understanding to the first timer, as well as encouragement of discipline and diligency in the experienced practitioner.
